Akoll Construction LLC specializes in comprehensive home renovation services, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, and home additions. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

All project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. A binding contract is established upon the client’s acceptance of the quotation and agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Upfront Payment: A non-refundable upfront payment of 10% of the total project cost is required at the time of contract signing. This payment secures your project in our schedule and covers initial planning and administrative expenses.
• Progress Payments: Subsequent payments will be outlined in the contract, typically tied to specific project milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final client approval.

We commit to adhering to the project timeline as outlined in the contract. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or supply delays may necessitate adjustments. Clients will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

Clients are expected to provide accurate information and clear access to the property during agreed working hours. Any delays or additional costs resulting from the client’s failure to meet these obligations may be added to the project cost.

Any changes to the project scope must be documented and may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline. All modifications require written approval from both parties.

We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty details will be provided in the contract. Please note that warranties may be voided by unauthorized alterations or misuse of the completed work.

Akoll Construction LLC carries appropriate insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Clients are advised to secure their own insurance for personal property and belongings during the renovation process.

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
